Years In The Making...

As a budget-conscience band director, I was discouraged by the high prices for new keyboard instruments and the lack of service/repair options for used ones. So instead, I bought a 60-year old vibraphone in "original" condition from a pawn shop, and spent a few weekends cleaning it up and getting it ready for the rigors of high school band. Before I knew it, I was rebuilding discarded school instruments for resale and repairing my colleagues' aging front ensembles.

Through years of development, have worked to solve many of the inherent problems that occur in keyboards due to aging, constant use, and poor manufacturer design. I use OEM parts whenever feasible and fabricate replacement parts as needed. My projects include instruments from every major manufacturer of the 20th century.
